Services described

Pages describing session quality reviews, usage pattern studies, and related engagements are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written proposal or statement of work, including scope, fees, and timeline.

Intellectual property

Website content, visual design, and original methodology descriptions belong to Query Nodecore Co., Ltd.. Deliverables produced under a paid engagement are licensed to the client as stated in that engagement’s agreement. You may not copy our briefs or site materials for resale.

Client materials

You retain rights to recordings, analytics exports, and product materials you share with us. You grant us a limited licence to use them solely to perform the agreed review or study.

Liability

We provide professional judgment based on available evidence. We do not guarantee specific product metrics after you implement recommendations. To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, our liability under any engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement, except in cases of wilful misconduct where such limits are not allowed.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content through forms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use or related inquiries, unless a signed engagement specifies otherwise.
