Agreement

By accessing query-nodecore.digital or engaging Query Nodecore for path analysis reporting services, you agree to these terms. If you are booking on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

Services

Query Nodecore provides consulting and analysis related to application path analysis reporting. Deliverables, timelines, and fees are confirmed in a written statement of work or email confirmation. Website pricing is informational only and does not create a binding offer until confirmed.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to agreed data exports, nominate decision-makers for briefings, and ensure you have rights to share any telemetry or documents provided to us. We are not responsible for delays caused by missing access or unclear journey definitions.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your data. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the deliverables internally. Our methods, templates, and prior know-how remain ours. You may not resell our reports as a product.

Confidentiality

Both parties will treat non-public information as confidential and use it only to perform the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

Limitation of liability

Our work informs decisions; it does not guarantee conversion outcomes, regulatory results, or commercial performance. To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, liability is limited to fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.

Website use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape content at a scale that impairs service. Content is provided as-is for information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bangkok, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
